Almost every article about where to buy Purisaki tells you the same thing: it is sold only on the official website and is not available anywhere else. We went and looked, and that is not accurate.

Is Purisaki on Amazon? Yes — and That Is the Problem

We found multiple active Amazon listings under the Purisaki name, including single 30-patch packs and two-pack bundles. They exist. Anyone telling you they do not has not checked.

What they are not is the manufacturer. The brand describes its own distribution as running through its official channel, which means every marketplace listing is a third-party reseller operating outside that chain. Three consequences follow, and none of them are theoretical:

• The guarantee does not travel. The published terms cover orders placed through the official channel. A reseller purchase falls under that reseller's policy, whatever it happens to be.

The Amazon entries present it as "plant-based support for your daily balance"; the TikTok Shop listing leans on "metabolic support, clean energy, gut balance and digestive health". Neither mentions weight management, which is the entire premise of the official campaign. Whatever the reason — platform policy on weight-loss claims is the obvious candidate — you should notice that the thing being sold to you there is not being described the way the brand describes it.

Why the Brand's Own Store Says Orders Are Paused

If you searched for the product and landed on the brand's direct store, you may have seen a notice saying new orders are paused while existing subscriptions continue. That understandably reads like a company winding down.

There are two channels. The direct store is one; the authorized order page that processes through ClickBank is the other, and it was live, priced and taking orders when we checked in August 2026. The paused notice applies to the first, not the second.

We would still treat it as a reason to confirm the order page is working at the moment you buy rather than assume — which is sensible practice with any offer in this category.

The Lookalike Sites

There is one more category worth naming. Searching the product name turns up a long list of domains styled as the official store — the brand name with an extra letter, with a hyphen, with a country suffix, with a different extension. We counted more than half a dozen without trying hard.

The Refund Route You Only Get One Way

This is the part worth understanding properly, because it is the whole reason the route matters.

When ClickBank is the retailer of record, your recourse does not depend on the seller answering your email. ClickBank runs its own customer service portal at clkbank.com, where you can look up your order — using the order number, or the postcode and last four digits of the card if you no longer have it — and submit a refund request directly through it. There is a US toll-free support line as a backup.

That is a genuinely independent channel. It exists whether or not the seller's support is responsive, which is precisely the complaint that appears most often about purchases made outside this route.

The seller's own timing rules still apply on top: the advertised window is 60 days, but a full refund requires contacting support within 14 days of delivery, with the goods unused and in original packaging, an RMA code obtained beforehand, and return shipping paid by you. What It Costs on the Authorized Route

Checked in August 2026, three bundles were listed. The per-patch price falls steeply on the larger ones, which is the standard structure in this category and is designed to move you up.
